Role Description
The Vice President will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing strategic corporate development initiatives, and leading complex M&A and capital advisory transactions. Responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities, managing deal processes, conducting financial analysis, and supporting negotiations. The role involves collaboration with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Strategic Corporate Development, M&A advisory, and capital transactions
- Proven ability to develop actionable strategies and identify growth opportunities within digital marketing, media, advertising, and commerce sectors
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, and Transaction Structuring
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities

- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is highly preferred)
