This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team with direct exposure to senior leadership. You’ll play a hands-on role in evaluating and executing investments while gaining meaningful responsibility and upward mobility within a scaling platform.
The Role
The Acquisitions Associate will support the full lifecycle of investments—from sourcing through execution—across a national portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation who is looking to take on more ownership in a deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end acquisitions process from initial underwriting through closing
• Analyze investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation
• Assist in sourcing deals through broker relationships and direct outreach
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership
• Conduct market research, site visits, and due diligence
• Coordinate with internal teams across asset management, operations, and finance
• Track pipeline activity and support overall acquisitions strategy
Qualifications
• 3–7 years of real estate acquisitions, investment, or private equity experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Exposure to underwriting and evaluating real estate transactions
• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Background
• Experience with manufactured housing, multifamily, or alternative asset classes
• Background at a real estate investment firm, operator, or family office
• Exposure to value-add or operationally intensive strategies
• Experience working within a vertically integrated platform
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
