Bullpen is partnered with a growing, entrepreneurial multifamily owner-operator seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a clustered Bay Area portfolio.

The Opportunity
The Regional Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, team leadership, and resident experience across a concentrated multifamily portfolio.
This person will partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to improve property performance, support onsite teams, and implement operational best practices across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
- Drive occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and expense management initiatives
- Review monthly financials, budgets, and variance reports
- Partner with leasing, maintenance, accounting, and leadership teams to execute business plans
- Conduct regular property visits and operational audits
- Help implement systems, processes, and operational consistency across assets
- Serve as a key point of escalation for operational and resident matters
Qualifications
- 7 years of multifamily property management experience
- Prior Regional or multi-site management experience required
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations and financial performance metrics
- Experience overseeing budgets, capital projects, and NOI performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
