Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3-5 years’ experience of regional property management experience or the equivalent related property management experience.
- Experience managing teams of 5-6 employees.
- Solid financial analysis, sales, marketing and customer service experience as it relates to property management.
- Understanding of budgets and financial statements and the ability to work within budgeted guidelines.
- CA Department of Real Estate License preferred.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals.
- Provide leadership to the site staff
- Coordinate work activities of vendors, consultants and other contractors
- Promote client satisfaction and retention
- Review, analyze, and interpret market data.
- Develop the annual budget(s).
- Effectively communicate with clients, residents, vendors and peers
- Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company and owner's established standards.
- Complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
