What The Position is About:
- Streamline and improve company processes while maintaining continuous growth
- Oversee a team of 15 employees including operations and sales staff
- Manage the P&L for the company
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team
- Ensure all security measures are followed, oversee equipment usage and facility maintenance, and monitor inventory
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Create a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- General management experience within the building materials industry
- P&L experience is required
- Deep understanding of business operations (sales, operations, and management)
- The ability to hold others accountable while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
