Traveling Superintendent - IMMEDIATE NEED
Commercial Construction | Texas & Neighboring States
$100k base $6000 Auto $6000 per diem Health Insurance Bonus ($120k-$125k package)
An commercial general contractor is looking to hire a Travelling Superintendent to support ground-up convenience store and commercial construction projects ranging from $1M - $10M across Texas and neighboring states.
This is an immediate need for someone who is comfortable traveling and managing projects from start to finish in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience with convenience stores, retail, or similar commercial builds preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas and surrounding states
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management experience
Compensation & Benefits:
• $115K total package including base salary, truck allowance, and per diem
• Health insurance provided
• Lodging covered by the company
