What you’ll be doing:
- Leading some exciting commercial projects across the DFW market
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and execution from precon through to closeout
- Managing project teams including PMs, APMs, Supers, and field staff
- Building strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Driving quality, safety, and performance on every job

- 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
- Proven success managing projects in the $10M - $20M range
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to run complex teams with confidence
