Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $100k – $125k Base Bonus & Benefits
Our client, a top General Contractor specializing in commercial ground-up projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in San Antonio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure project stays on track with detailed progress reports and schedule adjustments.
- Enforce safety protocols and resolve on-site challenges.
Requirements:
- 3 years as a Construction Project Manager with General Contractor experience.
- Proven track record with commercial projects valued from $2M - $20M and above.
- Experience working on retail, restaurants, medical or general commercial ground up projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software.
