What you will do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and portion standards

• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized so service stays smooth

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures every shift

• Work as part of the kitchen team to meet timing and quality goals

• Communicate clearly with teammates to handle ticket flow efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but a great attitude matters most

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused

REQUIREMENTS

• Follow Buffalo Wild Wings recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards for every order
• Prepare and cook menu items on the line quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and keep station tools stocked and ready
• Support hot and cold line tasks, including prepping ingredients and assembling menu items
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure items are cooked and served properly
• Work effectively as part of a cohesive kitchen team and communicate clearly with teammates
• Meet shift expectations for timing, production goals, and ticket flow during peak periods
• Adhere to all sanitation, allergen, and storage procedures to prevent cross-contamination
• Handle multiple priorities at once while staying calm, focused, and professional
• Be available for full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and game days as needed
