What You’ll Do

• Coach, train, and support team members to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and high-performing sports bar

• Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the bar stocked and running efficiently

• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and guest-ready presentation

• Support shift execution by monitoring flow, resolving issues quickly, and keeping priorities clear

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead daily sports bar operations to deliver fast, friendly, game-day guest experiences.
• Manage and schedule hourly team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and cost controls to keep service levels steady and waste low.
• Train, coach, and develop staff on hospitality standards, POS procedures, and safety practices.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and well-organized bar and dining areas in line with health and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor cash handling, reconcile shifts, and follow company policies to ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage bar service and quality standards for beverages, cocktails, and specials.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor leadership to coordinate ticket flow and minimize guest wait times.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements, including ID checks.
