What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver orders promptly, check on guests throughout their visit, and respond to requests

• Support great teamwork by communicating with the kitchen and other team members

• Handle payments and complete basic closing tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests in a high-energy sports bar environment.
• Take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and ensure correct delivery to the right table.
• Check on guests throughout their visit and promptly address questions, requests, or concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, servers stations, and dining areas throughout each shift.
• Follow Buffalo Wild Wings service standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Accurately handle cash and card payments, run tabs, and manage transactions according to store guidelines.
• Work effectively with teammates and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to keep orders moving.
• Be able to work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
• Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and great teamwork while supporting a fun guest experience.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver food and beverage items safely while standing and walking for extended periods.
