This is a tipped position

You’ll have the chance to earn tips while providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

What you will do:

• Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude and help them feel right at home

• Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system

• Answer questions, explain menu items, and guide guests to the best options

• Check in guests as needed and help manage a smooth flow at the front counter

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and service standards

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure orders are delivered quickly and correctly

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide friendly, welcoming greetings to guests as they enter the restaurant
• Operate the register accurately and process cash and card transactions
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards while assisting with front-of-house needs
• Take accurate guest orders or direct guests to the correct team member when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and help support a team during busy periods
• Adhere to company policies for payment, refunds, and guest service standards
• Be available for full-time and part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Stand, walk, and lift light items for extended periods of time
