You’ll have the chance to earn tips while providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
What you will do:
Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude and help them feel right at home
Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
Answer questions, explain menu items, and guide guests to the best options
Check in guests as needed and help manage a smooth flow at the front counter
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and service standards
Collaborate with teammates to ensure orders are delivered quickly and correctly

REQUIREMENTS
- Provide friendly, welcoming greetings to guests as they enter the restaurant
- Operate the register accurately and process cash and card transactions
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards while assisting with front-of-house needs
- Take accurate guest orders or direct guests to the correct team member when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and help support a team during busy periods
- Adhere to company policies for payment, refunds, and guest service standards
- Be available for full-time and part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, walk, and lift light items for extended periods of time
