What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Outside Services position at BUFFALO THUNDER, INC?
JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that a high level of service is offered to our guests and do all required to make their experience a pleasant one resulting in guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf cars
- Cleaning and detailing golf cars, building, and cart storage area
- Checking water levels in batteries of golf cars assigned to them
- Staging of golf cars
- Cleaning guest's clubs both before and after the round
- Assist in the maintaining of the practice facility
- Maintenance of the rental club inventory and overnight bag storage
- May be called upon to marshall on the golf course
- May be called upon to be a First Tee Greeter
- May be called upon to work on the Practice Tee
- Will be called upon to take items to and retrieve items from shipping
- Will be called upon for assistance in setting up large group events
- Will be called upon to carry large and heavy items from time to time
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Good verbal communication skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior golf operation experience or customer service related experience preferred

- Standing/Walking/Bending, 100%
- Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lbs
- Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs
