Utilization Manager - Child Welfare

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Utilization Manager to join our Child Welfare teams. The Utilization Management Manager oversees utilization management for the Child Welfare division, including capacity, eligibility, contracting, reporting, and fidelity. The role leads monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements, and partners with leadership to promote quality, equity, and readiness for external reviews. The position also supervises staff and supports financial management through budgeting, financial oversight, and review of grants and proposals to support program sustainability and growth.

Who you are:

• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You have two years of relevant experience and two years of supervisory experience.
• You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
