The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Charge Nurse to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Charge Nurse ensures team members maintain a strength-based, family centered, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive focus within the residential nursing department. All interactions are professional and embody the core values and mission of The Buckeye Ranch. In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing, the Charge Nurse provides leadership and supports supervision and oversight to the Residential Nursing department.

Shift Diff: Added to base rate when working hours listed below.
- 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $3.50/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $2.50/hr
- Weekend (Saturday 12am - Sunday 11:59pm): $1.50/hr
Schedule: Full-time, non-exempt (12p - 10p, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) 100% In Person
What you'll do:
- Be available and flexible to schedule changes and coverage needs; Identifies staffing needs and ensures scheduling of nurses, manages timesheets, and approves overtime as needed.
- Serves on an assigned on-call rotation on a consultative basis for medical emergencies.
- Ensures all financial data is properly calculated and reported. Adheres to all internal control
- Maintains creativity and innovation with regard to fluency in changing processes/interdepartmental and across TBR, changes and updates with software, and updates with the electronic healthcare system, and works to communicate and support changes within the department that reflects alignment with leadership and agency big picture process (i.e., communicates changes, offers training support, etc.).

Who You Are:
- You have an Associate's of Nursing; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
- You have 2 or more years of relevant experience; leadership experience preferred.
- You have an Ohio RN License, active CPR and First Aid.
- You have a valid Ohio Driver's License and active insurance
