Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and step into leadership when needed
- Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Motivate and guide store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals
- Communicate daily and weekly store objectives clearly to the team
- Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
- Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and store appearance
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting
- Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
- Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
