Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume leadership in their absence
- Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing
- Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals, communicating daily and weekly objectives
- Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
- Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and visual displays
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures
- Buy gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company standards
- Supervise and support team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates integrity
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
- Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Visual and coordination skills necessary for inspecting merchandise
- Ability to drive during scheduled shifts as needed
