Social Media Management
- Collaborate with the owner to create a weekly social media plan
- Select and photograph items for engaging posts
- Edit and post content using Canva and other editing apps
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies for higher engagement
- Bring professional social media experience to the role
Events and Display Coordination
- Work with owner and inventory manager to plan exciting events and create floor plans
- Ensure sales floor and display walls/racks are organized and shop-able
- Maintain a positive attitude and find solutions to challenges
- Engage respectfully with customers and teammates
Inventory Assistance
- Shift inventory between back room and off-site locations as needed
- Review daily inventory reports and create \Push\ lists
- Enter inventory changes into the computer system accurately
- Be physically able to stand, walk, and lift 25-35 lb bins during shifts
Work Schedule and Benefits
