Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support firmwide training and professional development initiatives for both attorneys and business professionals. This individual will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging content, co-designing impactful learning experiences, and supporting integration and onboarding programs. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be based in Boston, NYC, Santa Monica, SF, Silicon Valley, or Seattle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver learning content and programs (workshops, eLearning modules, toolkits, onboarding guides, etc.) for attorneys and business professionals.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support CLE programs, including reviewing materials, tracking attendance, evaluating sessions, and maintaining records.
- Manage projects from design to evaluation, incorporating feedback and learning data for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to onboarding and career development initiatives by establishing and maintaining learning paths.
- Stay current on best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and professional services development trends.
- Support internal communications around learning opportunities and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies (LMS platforms such as ViDesktop, Articulate, Rise, etc.).
- Familiarity with CLE program requirements a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
