Through our Brynsights™ platform, we deliver ILS Management, Portfolio BI, and Fee Transparency Compliance Monitoring, helping owners and operators eliminate data silos and make smarter, data-driven decisions across marketing, operations, and asset management.
We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own revenue growth by selling a SaaS-based PropTech solution to Multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies. This is a full-cycle role focused on new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in a fast-paced startup environment.
You’ll manage deals end-to-end—from discovery through close—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless experience.
- Own the full sales cycle for new and expansion opportunities
- Build and manage a strong mid-market pipeline
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead consultative discovery and tailored product demos
- Develop ROI-driven business cases for executive buyers
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build trusted relationships with Multifamily leaders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management (HubSpot)
- Represent Brynson™ at industry events and conferences
Must-Haves
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, PropTech, and Multifamily)
- Proven attainment of $1M quota
- Experience selling to Multifamily owners, operators, and PMCs regionally or nationally
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
- Thrives in a startup environment as a self-starter working remotely
- Willingness to travel as needed

- PropTech background (BI, analytics, revenue, marketing, ops, asset management)

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
