Brynson™ is a PropTech company purpose-built for the Multifamily real estate industry. Through our Brynsights™ platform, we deliver ILS Management, Portfolio BI, and Fee Transparency Compliance Monitoring, helping owners and operators eliminate data silos and make smarter, data-driven decisions across marketing, operations, and asset management.


The Role

We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own revenue growth by selling a SaaS-based PropTech solution to Multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies. This is a full-cycle role focused on new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion in a fast-paced startup environment.


You’ll manage deals end-to-end—from discovery through close—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless experience.


What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle for new and expansion opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong mid-market pipeline
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead consultative discovery and tailored product demos
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases for executive buyers
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Build trusted relationships with Multifamily leaders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management (HubSpot)
  • Represent Brynson™ at industry events and conferences


What We’re Looking For


Must-Haves

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, PropTech, and Multifamily)
  • Proven attainment of $1M quota
  • Experience selling to Multifamily owners, operators, and PMCs regionally or nationally
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Thrives in a startup environment as a self-starter working remotely
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Nice-to-Haves

  • Mid-market SaaS experience
  • PropTech background (BI, analytics, revenue, marketing, ops, asset management)
  • Experience selling to VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ILS providers, PMS, and CRM systems

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
