The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven success selling SaaS products preferably within the multi-family real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.


The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and managing deals from lead through closing. The AE will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and developing sales strategies to achieve the company's targets.


This role is best suited for someone who thrives in building pipeline from the ground up and creating opportunities rather than inheriting them. You’ll need to be comfortable putting in the work -prospecting, following up, and driving deals forward in a high-ownership, early-stage environment. For the right person, the upside is significant, with uncapped earnings and meaningful equity participation.


Core Responsibilities

Sales Process Design

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and prioritize key prospects and decision-makers within the multifamily real estate industry

Client Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through consistent, proactive communication and follow-up
  • Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and tailor solutions to align with each client’s business needs and goals
  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, negotiation, and contract close

Holistic Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and evolving capabilities
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Sales Development & Tracking

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new business and expand brand presence
  • Consistently track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM tools


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 years of proven full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Strong network and established relationships in the multi-family real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI productivity platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Can work remotely anywhere in the US, but New York City is preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000
  • Equity Participation: Meaningful ownership stake reflecting the seniority and impact of this role
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Time Off: Flexible PTO policy that supports work-life balance
  • Travel: 10–20% as needed
