- Financial transactions and manage postings
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple companies
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and sales records
- Monitor cash flow, deposits, and payments
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- You’ll help create structure, clarity, and confidence in our financial operations
- Notices when numbers don’t tie out (and can’t ignore it)
- Enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- You like accuracy and getting things right
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a bookkeeper or similar accounting role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (this is important)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- NetSuite and/or QuickBooks experience is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Lots of variety, including exposure to multiple operating companies
