As an Equipment Consultant , you’ll serve as atrusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. You’ll focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
- Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
- Year 1 Earnings $70k Base $40k-$110k commision potential
- Company vehicle Fuel Card
- Medical, Dental, Short/Long Term Disability, Term Life
- 401(k) Retirement Plan Company Match

- 4 years selling directly to municipalities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel daily
- Must live within a 25 mile radius of Allen, Erir or Union county
Salary : $70,000
