What You’ll Do
This is not a desk job. You’ll spend your time in the field building relationships and helping customers reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance.
You’ll
✓ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✓ Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions
✓ Help customers extend equipment life and reduce costly downtime
✓ Work closely with Equipment Consultants and internal teams
✓ Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory
✓ Deliver consultative solutions that set BEC apart
✓ Become a trusted advisor your customers rely on
What We’re Looking For
✓ Self-motivated and goal-driven
✓ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✓ Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
✓ Prior Sales Experience Preferred
✓ Parts and service industry experience strongly preferred
✓ Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a major plus
✓ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
✓ Must reside within or near the assigned territory
