Summary:
Brooks Building Solutions is looking for a results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead our HVAC service and retrofit project sales team. You’ll drive revenue, coach a high-performing team, and work directly with building owners and facility managers to grow our service portfolio.
Compensation:
Base salary starting at $135,000, plus a performance-based bonus. You will also receive a $700/month vehicle allowance and a gas card for business-related expenses.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HVAC sales professionals
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities
- Ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality and profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience
- 3 years sales leadership or management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
