Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring timely case filings. Additional responsibilities include managing case files, maintaining communication with attorneys and clients, and assisting with trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research
- Experience with preparing Pleadings and drafting Motions
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of California legal procedures and terminologies is a plus
