Pay: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Experience: 5 years of experience working on a dedicated case team, handling matters from inception through trial.
Education: Must have an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Ordering medical records and preparing subpoenas.
- Managing pre-trial workup, creating trial binders, and sending documents to expert witnesses.
- Setting and calendaring depositions, preparing deposition notices, and arranging for court reporters.
Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, all phases of discovery, and the ability to proofread and cite-check documents is required.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across several case-related matters.
- Solid communication and time management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with various programs such as Summation, CaseMap, iManage, and Trial Director is preferred.
