Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

What You'll Do:
- Assist employees with general HR questions and direct requests appropriately
- Support new hire onboarding and employee orientation processes
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Assist with HR audits and compliance-related recordkeeping
- Support payroll processes, including answering employee questions and helping resolve issues
- Assist with benefits administration and communication with benefit providers
- Conduct employee check-ins and support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with exit interviews and employee separation processes
- Support employee recognition programs, company events, and HR projects
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn HR systems, payroll software, and other company applications
- Previous administrative, customer service, or Human Resources experience preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
HR experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the Human Resources field.
