As an Account Lead, you will combine your design expertise with customer relationship management and business development responsibilities, guiding clients through the entire process from initial consultation and design through project completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Meet with customers to understand their cabinetry, design, and project needs.
- Build new business through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
- Provide expert guidance on cabinet styles, materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Assist customers with cabinet layouts and design selections.
- Prepare accurate proposals and project estimates.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience from design through installation.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry partners.
- Meet or exceed growth, customer satisfaction, and account development goals.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Participate in product training and stay current on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in cabinetry, kitchen design, home improvement, construction, or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Self-motivated professional with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to confidently guide customers through design and purchasing decisions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design Software.
- Field experience and understanding of cabinet specifications, installation requirements, and construction processes.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
