Receptionist (RAL)

Brock Cabinets is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role is essential to creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily office operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and showroom area
• Handle administrative task such as data entry, filing, email correspondence
• Accept deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Support office staff as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficient with basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
