We’re currently seeking a Design Associate I to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in the construction or design industry. No prior experience is required just a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities

Learn to navigate builder portals, read house plans, and interpret cabinet layouts.

Assist in processing cabinet and countertop orders using provided blueprints and layouts.

Support communication and coordination between field service reps, builders, and internal departments.

Edit and verify measurements in the 2020 Design program for installation and service teams.

Understand specific builder requirements to provide quick and accurate feedback.

Accurately price new builder accounts and new home plans.

Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and research.
Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable with repetitive tasks

Reliable, proactive, and resourceful

Willing to learn and follow processes consistently
Preferred: Experience in the construction or homebuilding industry, Familiarity with 2020 Design software
