Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer cabinet needs in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Call, inquire and search for new business.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with design selections and layout planning.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and support.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure that all displays are up to date and appealing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new products and trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
- 3 years of experience using 2020 Design Software.
- Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
