Job Summary:
The Account Manager at Brock Cabinets will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of business by closing leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 2020 Design software and a proven track record in retail cabinetry sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Close incoming leads effectively, converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Utilize 2020 Design software to create custom cabinetry layouts and proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging industry knowledge and client insights.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with 2020 Design software.
- Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.
- Proven retail experience in cabinetry sales, with a strong track record of closing leads and managing client accounts.
