The Service Technician II supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabinetry to ensure functionality, durability, and high-quality appearance. This role works closely with senior technicians while also providing guidance to entry-level team members. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and developing strong technical skills in cabinetry work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair basic cabinet issues, including loose hinges, minor surface damage, and hardware.
- Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools related to cabinet work.
- Take accurate measurements and perform cuts to meet project specifications.
- Mentor and support Service Technician I team members, assisting in their training and skill development.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age 21 with a valid Driver’s License
- 5 years licensed driving experience with no infractions (required)
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and alignment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
