Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate team members
- Manage the front desk, showroom, and visitor experience
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist customers with questions and provide general information
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and email communication
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area
- Provide support to office staff and departments as needed
