Bookkeeper – Full Charge

What You Will Do:
- Handle complete bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Support tax return preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage general administrative functions to keep our office streamlined and efficient
- Collaborate with team members on financial planning, billing, and expense tracking
Top Required Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping or public accounting experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with multiple clients in a public accounting setting
- Familiarity with tax preparation procedures
- Knowledge of additional accounting software tools

Preferred Education & Experience:

- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of paid overtime during busy seasons
- Strong personality and excellent communication skills—outgoing, team-oriented, and personable
