You will play a vital role in major incident recovery, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts, working closely with senior engineers and domain teams across application, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to deliver reliable, resilient systems.
Top 5 Required Skills:
- Experience in production support, operations, NOC, SRE, DevOps, or application support roles
- Proficiency in analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts for incident diagnosis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused during high-pressure incidents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging platforms, metrics dashboards)
- Scripting or development experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Experience creating and maintaining runbooks and SOPs
- Understanding of fault analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques
- Hands-on experience in production support, SRE, or similar operational roles
- Knowledge of application and cloud environments, with exposure to diagnostics and observability tools

- Commitment to learning and applying reliability principles through ongoing training and knowledge sharing
