Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, banking, or payment processing
- Deep understanding of ACH, wires, checks, and internal transfer workflows
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Proficiency working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of supervisory controls and data standards in payment systems
- Familiarity with financial compliance, risk management, or audit processes
- Previous experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects
- Understanding of data formats, payment speed, and operational nuances of different payment methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 to 20 years working in fintech or payment environments, with recent hands-on project management experience
- Prior experience managing product backlogs and lifecycle in a fast-moving environment
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days/week in-office in Fort Mill, SC)
- Ability to support and communicate effectively within an Agile Release Train
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder requirements

Salary : $40 - $45
