- Proven expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for requirement drafting, refinement, and validation
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data tools (SQL, Tableau) for insights and decision-making
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; certification such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM preferred
