Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients. This position is onsite at our corporate headquarters located in Minneapolis, MN. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be working closely with our in-house accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer invoices and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Collaborates with the Office Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis.
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements.
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
- Performs other general office admin related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- At least two years of office administration experience.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay: $20 per hour depending on experience

Location: This Accounts Receivable Clerk will be located in the Minneapolis area. This position is fully onsite.
