Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our team at the GMC location. This position is hourly and part-time (up to 30 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Balance daily cash
- Daily bank deposit and postage processing
- Post invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Backup payroll
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a dealership, accounting, or a related field required
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Starting pay for this position is $18/hour.
