Overview
We are looking for a full-time on-site Safety Coordinator to manage workplace health and safety programs. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing safety initiatives, promoting safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This position reports to HR but works in a hybrid environment between in the office and in the warehouse.
Rate: $23.00 - $26.00/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain workplace safety programs and initiatives.
· Assisting with safety training
· Perform routine equipment and warehouse inspections
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety requirements
· Be the liaison between managers and employees for return-to-work injury matters
Qualifications and Skills
· Microsoft Office experience
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Basic handy skills and ability to use hand and power tools
· Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
· Previous safety or manufacturing experience
