We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing Employee Benefits team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping to manage day-to-day service needs, support renewal strategies, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients and serve as a primary service contact.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, professional service.
- Support Account Executives with renewal planning, marketing efforts, and client strategy initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage renewals for:
- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- Voluntary Benefits
- Wellness Programs
- Assist clients with eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, and other service-related matters.
- Prepare renewal reports, benefit comparisons, and client presentations.
- Coordinate implementation of new benefit plans and carrier transitions.
- Facilitate open enrollment planning and employee communication initiatives.
- Liaise with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Track deadlines and ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
- Stay current on employee benefits trends, products, and regulatory developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of employee benefits account management, client service, or brokerage experience.
- Strong understanding of group health and ancillary employee benefit programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Nevada insurance license preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experience with agency management systems and benefits administration platforms is a plus.
- CEBS, RHU, or other industry designations are a plus.
