Overview
Responsible for managing all aspects of small cell and DAS construction projects in the public right-of-way (ROW), including vendor management, field execution, and project delivery. This role serves as the subject matter expert on construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
1 year contract with possible extention or conversion

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction for small cell, DAS (iDAS/oDAS), and node deployments
- Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and field crews; ensure quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate site activities including bid walks, pre-construction, in-progress inspections, and closeouts
- Support vendor selection, negotiate pricing, and maintain project budgets
- Monitor project timelines, resolve field issues, and communicate risks proactively
- Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and closeout packages
- Act as on-site representative for construction quality assurance and safety
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of telecom/wireless construction experience
- Hands-on experience building small cells in the ROW
- Strong knowledge of:
- Node construction
- OSP fiber (aerial & underground)
- Construction drawings / blueprints
- Experience with RF and fiber testing (OTDR, PIM, Sweep, Power Meter)
Skills
- Vendor management & cost control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and project tracking tools
- Knowledge of NESC, NEC, OSHA standards
- Understanding of permitting, site acquisition, and utility coordination

Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
