What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of 5 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster to support division growth plans
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies and process to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience creating or implementing an in-home sales process and managing clear KPIs
- High-ticket, premium product background
- Experience scaling a $10M company
- CRM experience (NetSuite is a plus)
