What The Position is About:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for commercial Division 8 door, frame, and hardware packages
- Develop quality take-offs, labor, material, and equipment cost breakdowns
- Prepare bid documentation, requisitions, warranty letters, AIA documents, and related correspondence
- Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information
- Coordinate with project managers to support smooth project execution after award
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven commercial construction estimating experience
- Division 8 experience is preferred
- Estimating and project management experience is preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
