What The Position is About:
- Oversee the installation department including Regional Installation Managers, Installation Managers, a Director of Service, and a Director of Training & Development
- Support the company’s aggressive growth plans, driving revenue and scaling the business
- Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
- Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decision to enhance operational performance
- Manage installation department budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
- Provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
- Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Senior level installation leadership experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience scaling a $50M home improvement company
