What The Position is About:
- Lead and motivate the company’s call center team
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs
- Recruit, hire, and train call center personnel (looking to double the size of the current team)
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Call center leadership experience within the home improvement industry
- Strong rehashing experience
- Experience with LeadPerfection and Five9
- Proven experience hiring and retaining call center staff
- Windows and doors experience is preferred
