Key Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through construction zones using approved flagging procedures.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barricades.
• Communicate clearly with equipment operators, crew members, and the public.
• Remain alert and responsive to changing site conditions at all times.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, MUTCD, and company safety standards.
• Assist with general job site duties as needed.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime based on project schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Flagger Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Previous flagging or traffic control experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
