We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Accounting Manager as the company continues to scale through acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
- Own key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L activity
- Review and analyze AR/AP trends and support process improvements
- Partner with leadership on financial reporting and operational insights
- Support integration and accounting for acquisitions in a dynamic environment
- Assist in building scalable processes and strengthening internal controls
- Oversee and mentor two accounting clerks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 3–6 years of experience, ideally starting in public accounting with transition to industry
- Experience in private equity-backed, manufacturing, or highly acquisitive environments required
- CPA is a plus
- Strong Excel skills required; experience with Power BI is a plus
- ERP experience required (Plex a plus)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary : $98,250 - $112,820
